Non-Verbal Communication
Open arms and shoulders can feel welcoming to people is open posture this was suggested by McGinley and Lefevre.
Crossed arms and slumped posture is unwelcoming this is closed posture this was also suggested by McGinley and Lefevre.
Another example of nonverbal communication is tone; tone holds five times more importance than words themselves.
A further example of a signal of comprehension is eye contact this is effective when you are giving a training presentation because you can see who is attentive and understanding .

Overcoming Barriers in Meetings
Background noise - Have separation between all colleagues when meeting occurs, or resolving any meetings in a silent room.
Lack of communications and types of questions- give enough detailed answers to clear all doubts of the audience. People who are less confident should be pulled out the comfort zone and help them adapt to the communicative environment.
Examples of Barriers Continued Pt.3
Understanding of speech - this is when someone speaks or explain about something and you don't understand it or have no clue about what they are saying to you or explaining to you.
This is because you could be that you not listening to that person properly and busy talking with someone who is next to you. It might be that you don't understand the some of the hard words that the person used or you might finding the speech too boring and you don't want to listen anymore.
To solve this problem of understanding of speech you have to concentrate more on what the person actually saying or trying to explain to you. If you don't understand something, wait until the person finishes with the speech or go to them later for more explanation and some certain areas that you need more details for.

2) By knowing your weakness in your confidence and find a way to solve that weakness or how to improve them
3) By thinking positively in your mind and being strong to do anything

Barriers of Effective Communication Pt.2
There are many things that could stand in your way when you are trying to accomplish a certain reaction from presenting to an audience.
Loss of interest is extremely bad when it comes to presenting but it could be avoided by continuing to be interesting, ignoring minor distractions and reducing the amount of noise produced around the area of the presentation.
Another example to think about is the language you are using, to keep the audience interested you would have to think about who the target audience are and also look at things from a different point of view.
